  1. Off-topic: the referee observers for the quarter-finals are online on uefa.com. I don’t have time to post them, but RefCom members will be busy ahead of the finals.

    4. Sajn and Rosetti could either mean younger referees (e.g. Nyberg and Schärer) or CL final candidates (e.g. Oliver and Makkelie).
Experienced Elite referees (Turpin, Vincic, ...) expected for both legs of the other two CL pairings.
Velasco takes away one of the rare spots for Spanish referees. Maybe observing Pinheiro (if he is not in Paris).
Rizzoli possibly with a younger WC referee like Eskas.

    5. Where do you think Zwayer will show up next? UEFA has played it safe with his last three (hidden) appointments, to lock in his World Cup spot. The WC squad will be announced on April 7, so do they throw Felix Zwayer a big game to prove a point before the WC, or will they stick with Siebert, who’s been delivering and deserves it on merit?

    6. Once again, incredible to observe, late appointment for an Italian club, second leg ;) tell me if this is fair if compared to other nations!

    7. @Chefren: maybe they will select a referee who also works in 1st leg UCL
