Delete4th Official walked in the middle (why?) and was very tall, so (probably male) camera man thought he must be the most important referee.

DeleteIs first half delaying the start, but second restart ;-) I think safest to completely ignore, no one expects or wants anything like that, and let the competition organizer fine for delayed kick off should they wish
DeleteRestart play and call in the player when appropriate. You do not need to wait for them to be 11 because they aren’t ready.

DeleteI think every one was well a sleep during the match ;) There was one situation i will mention below.
DeleteWhy wasn't her 2nd AR nominated? FIFA wants to show diversity by letting women referee WC matches and then they need a male 2nd AR? I like her nomination and it is sad that they didn't nominee her whole Team. And why didn't she walk in the middle at the entrace? TV cameras only show 4th Official

ReplyDeleteMin 15. Tunesian #21 steps from behind on the achilles/ankle of dutch #14. Happens right under the eyes of AR2. No card has been issued for this. Is this a unlucky moment for #21? With no card issued my guess is that it has been assesed in that way.
If we look at European refereeing this would have been a straight RC for SFP. The health of dutch #14 is serious being endangered.

For me even in Europe a very clear dark YC, not necessarily, but possibly more. I had the feeling she acted sort of too nervous and shaky, but had very good communication. But I would not give her matches in the later rounds at all.
