ReplyDeleteWhen I read it, my first thought was that he was just seeking attention, he used to do that also when he was still on the pitch. Anyway, no need to say that if it's true, it's completely unacceptable. He totally discredited himself.
DeleteReferees can joke about things like this in div 4 or something. But at pro level, it just shows how unserious and bad refereeing is in England and especially their observers.
