Unfortunate moment to open the cards - if he left this holding unpunished, he shouldn't issue a YC for this holding in a not 100% SPA incident.
Good YC for dissent. One or two missed cards in ordinary situations.
England - Romania (8.3)
Correct penalty in favour of Romania.
Good advantage leading to goal. YC issued afterwards.
Several clear fouls missed, at least one mandatory YC missed (01).
Overall: very firm and authoritative; athlete; typical BOSS, you better don't make him angry; very elegant gestures and style of running; foul detection and disciplinary line to be improved.
