After OFR, RC decision for DOGSO

Kamphuis took a lot of time to check and eventually intervened. The tv program that night explained what he was watching. Another Heracles player (Jizz Hornkamp) had touched the ball, so it was offside and not DOGSO? Honestly, I can't tell.

It may appear that the ball's trajectory has changed very slightly in the zoomed-in area.

The KNVB disciplinary committee has now cancelled the red card. Is there any guarantee that the referees and the disciplinary committee share a unified opinion on what constitutes 'clear evidence' in such footage? It seems unlikely.

    1. I think the situation is a bit more complicated. In fact the disciplinary committee needs clear evidence to convict/suspend a player. And Var needs clear evidence to change an on-field decision. For Var the clear evidence of an offside offence was lacking (and from what I see rightly so, I can’t find the evidence either). But at the same time for the prosecutor the clear evidence of a no offside (needed to convict the player) was lacking as well.
Lack of evidence on both sides results in this course of events (intervention needed because the initial Yc was clearly the wrong decision).
