79‘ RC given by Martinic to FCB#20 for hair pulling and very good RC for the head coach because of the excessive reaction and complaints.

DeleteMy only question would be, why or what did VAR have to “check”. There is absolutely ZERO of that “grey area” nonsense when it comes to hair pulling.
Marticic’s quick on field decision makes Klarlund’s, her 4th Official, and the VAR’s inexcusable, unbelievable and unforgivable miss in Chelsea vs Arsenal look that much worse. Something that they should all definitely be haunted by.

It is interesting to note how these hair-pulling incidents are becoming frequent, unfortunately, we saw the mistake in the English derby officiated by Klarlund a few rounds ago, which at this point, given the firmness shown by Martincic (possible cooperation by FO Rusta) in her decision today, was clearly considered by UEFA a mistake also by VAR (Rafalski and Brand, Germany), who did not intervene to allow the Danish referee to make the correct on-field decision.
