I think is without card as this is hanball offence only because it is on the goaline clearly prevent reaching a goal (not handball offence elsewhere on the fop).
This is the best thing I have seen from UEFA RAP. Free, available on the phone and can be downloaded directly to the phone. Unbelievable honestly. Great job by the people who made it possible.
