  1. So easy game but Tello’s performance is not impressive. He missed some fouls.

  2. In 73' first YC, correctly given but strange way in which it was given, about 20-30 seconds after foul was whistled and at first body language was like he didn't even cosider issuing it.

    1. He did not even want to call the foul… of the player would not have fallen so dramatically… maybe it is not even a foul for Tello… :/ meanwhile it is a clear foul again…

  3. South-African substitute… Tello starts counting… more than 15 secs gone but Tello still counting 7 secs… What is the point of this rule if you count like this!? Not the first time we see this kind of counting…

    1. Agreed, same with excessively slow on throw ins etc. At this point with so many refs counting slow it must be that they are being told to "slow roll" the count, neutering the new laws.

    2. The change is not that the teams have 10 seconds. It’s where the referee sees they are being excessive or looking to waste time he starts the countdown

  4. Not a good performance in a somewhat easy game . Still think he'd be given the whistle for a RO32 / Easy RO16 but don't see him whistling any further
