    2. I don’t mind this, 3m in the match and although the vision went to a replay it seemed he used some man management here. On replay, it was a glancing contact (and maybe no contact?) So happy with the management here so early in the match.

    2. Yes, contact was with studs on top of the foot but maybe I agree letting this one go. Technical a foul but with Swe defender in control of the ball and was only concerned with keeping possession perhaps that’s why he let it go. No big reaction from players or coaches so perhaps okay to let this go.

  6. The game is going to be physical

    1. I haven’t got that impression. Tun not a physical side or making unreasonable challenges but Swe definitely resolute and strong defensively.

  7. Correctly applying the 5 second throw in count down against Tun before the hydration break = good

26’ Potential off field incident in first half between Tun attacker & Swe defender with Tun falling over the advertising boards. Was quick on the spot to manage any fall out.

Now a second goal for Sweden. Already it didn’t seem too much was happening in this match, this extra goal may just deflate the tension further, turning the difficulty rating down too.

    1. Good advantage played for Swe before goal, was a simple coming together not a SPA/reckless. Fitness, anticipation and positioning good transitioning from Swe defense to the Swe goal.

  8. Im sleepy as hell and this argentinian is acting like a traffic policeman Omg... I mean, this is some kind of obsession with the whistle...I have two different headaches at this point.

  9. I have been not watching this game so closely, but the number one thing I notice about the referee is how physically fatigued he looks every time the camera shows him up close.

  10. While the performance is solid, way too much use of the whistle.. becoming annoying and as if he wants you to be in the spotlight

    1. At first I thought it was South American style but then earlier today Letexier was big on the multiple whistles after initial whistles. Maybe this is a FIFA directive.

41’ Small technical error by not calling the careless Swe foul, leading to a second nibble by Swe and a reaction by Tun player. Easily avoided with an earlier whistle but understanding why they want to game to flow so not quick to call it

43’ goal Tun 2-1, should make the game interesting in the second half.

  13. 3' and 8' I can accept NO CARD.
19' Throw-in: yes that's the rule, but when it comes from a team that is losing the game... it's strange.
Nevertheless, it's good to fight against players' bad habits.

  14. There’s no way. That’s laughable from a FIFA referee. Clear SPA.

      45+1’ Tactical Foul, no card

No warning, no player management, the Swe player seemed non fussed but probably his first error here of the half

45+3’ Assistant Coach leaving TA and moving in front of the Sweden bench. Seems a reasonable response, probably deserves a YC but stern warning seems okay

  16. 53 the method of showing yc is so lazy
