Mr Claus looking a tad sunburned
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I've been thinking for days while looking at all the FIFA photos that not a single referee looks good in any of them. They definitely look more photogenic in real life ...
DeleteGood YC on 30’ - delayed but clear
ReplyDeleteGood decision to give first YC after advantage
ReplyDeleteIn a game that has been super easy to referee, claus has somehow picked out 2 yellows for barely anything.
ReplyDeleteSecond yellow card issued becouse of dissent. Very correct!
ReplyDeleteLaporte elbows a saudi player off the ball and Claus misses it. Poor again
ReplyDeleteStrong performance from Claus in perhaps one of the easiest games so far. Correct YCs and consistent overall foul detection. Deserved of a 2nd game
ReplyDeletePotential failure of SAOT again? Claus seemed to indicate they were drawing lines
ReplyDeleteYes, SAOT was "offline"
DeleteAnd that's very possibly the reason why AR didn't receive the beep signal for offside
DeleteThe referee's announcements are easier to understand now."
ReplyDeleteAt least Claus did well in English. As for Sampaio... lol
Delete😂
DeleteThere is no doubt Claus is the most relaxed, and possibly the most European in style of the Brazillian referees. I didn't dislike his style in 22 and I don't now. A very easy game, but he has always remained alert. Also better English than one of his colleagues...
ReplyDeleteWell, very good performance from Claus tonight. Correct in disciplinary and technical way. Even on match result like this he was 100 percent concentrated, what I like. Deserve to be part of MD3.
ReplyDeleteBest Brazilian we've seen at the tournament so far i think
