  3. Wrongly awarded PK for Belgium. Hand was in natural position, not making body bigger. Correct intervention by VAR and penalty overturnerd after OFR

    1. You can't give a CK when you are taking a decision to something than happen before, it's like everything happen after does not exist so here drop ball restart.

    What a stupid rule,if they changed plenty then they should have change this also.

  6. Unlucky penalty call for Makhadmeh, it did look like the other arm got it on first viewing so an easy mistake to make. Good intervention
