Is it true that this penalty was not reported by VAR in Arsenal game today?

    1. Yes, they didn't gave a penalty fot his. Big mistake IMO

    2. Who was the VAR in charge? Shocking mistake!

    3. Kevin Friend was the VAR.

    4. Clearly unnatural position.

    5. My only explanation for this missed intervention is that Friend didn't see that. 100% penalty and always punishable, you can't find any argument against it.

    6. Did anyone hear the arsenal players screaming like they had been seriously injured though to then not require any treatment at all , blatant cheating and trying to deceive match officials in my book, so no sympathy for them

    7. IMO it's a CLEAR penalty.
It must be as Chefren said, but in all cases blatant mistake.

    8. 'Proximity' was the PGMOLs response. They seemed happy that the distance the ball travelled was too small for a penalty. Again, England using an alternative interpretation to everywhere else

  2. Sandra Bastos (POR) - Elite

This Monday, the International Women's Day, distinguished six women who "took on relevant roles in areas of sport activities, such as entrepreneurship, promotion, research, arbitration and medicine", this Monday, International Women's Day.

Sandra Bastos was distinguished. Congratulations !!

  3. Atletico Chelsea, busy second half for Frappart.
52' Potential penalty for AM, which should have been given for me.
63' Potential AM penalty. Again, foul through the back, penalty preferred.
74' Penalty to AM and YC given for handball. No complaints, hands raised, shot on goal.
76' Penalty to Chelsea and YC for handball. Replays seem to show it hitting the body and not the arm. In any case, arm was down by the body and even if she had handled, YC would have been harsh.

1:01:05 (52') More than evident penalty. A previous incident (handball appeal?) maybe distracted referee. Too obvious to be missed.
1:11:55 (63') More penalty than play on, but still more supportable play on decision in this case, if compared to previous incident.
1:22:55 (74') Arms not in natural position, but still, without this touch by hand, ball would have hit body. So body's volume was not increased if you ask me. Decision should be deemed as correct, no complaints, but it is definitely a very stupid action by player... https://ibb.co/7NPdgZR
01:25:07 (76') Body, not arm. Perception mistake. Crucial mistake.
VAR in my opinion would have intervened for sure in 76' and 52', I have more doubts about 63': Frappart appeared to be more in control in this case, while in 52' there is the feeling of a very missed "isolated" incident.
