Delete4th Official walked in the middle (why?) and was very tall, so (probably male) camera man thought he must be the most important referee.

DeleteIs first half delaying the start, but second restart ;-) I think safest to completely ignore, no one expects or wants anything like that, and let the competition organizer fine for delayed kick off should they wish
DeleteRestart play and call in the player when appropriate. You do not need to wait for them to be 11 because they aren’t ready.

ReplyDeleteWhy wasn't her 2nd AR nominated? FIFA wants to show diversity by letting women referee WC matches and then they need a male 2nd AR? I like her nomination and it is sad that they didn't nominee her whole Team. And why didn't she walk in the middle at the entrace? TV cameras only show 4th Official
