  1. Still we didn’t had BLR officials despite their teams can compete in UEFA next season.
Interesting to see that 3 Israeli officials has been appointed, especially for Leibovitz, I think it’s debut for him, debut in Balkan will be more special, same like Faehndrich.
Siebert with one-sided match but it was a Euro match replay, still good and will be suit for him.
    Stavrev with farewell match?
Istvan Vad with good appointment given the context rising of Scottish and Georgian football recently, better than one-sided match for Beaton, Nobre, and Glova, especially for Glova, if I’m not mistaken, in recent times he quite got many shameful appointment.
Interesting to see Pawson in Balkan, would be very challenging game on paper for him, I don’t think this is good strategy from UEFA to appointed ENG ref to Balkan side.

    3. Hey there, I'm a professional hacker with extensive experience in the field. I've worked with various companies as a hacker, and after retiring from that, I'm now working independently.

If you're looking for someone who can help you gain unauthorized access to a social media account or ANY OTHER SYSTEM, I'm the right person for the job.

It has been widely recognized for a long time that finding a legitimate hacker on the Dark Net Market (DNM) is extremely difficult, despite the high demand for their services. It is also not uncommon for people to fall victim to scams when attempting to pay for hacking services. A true professional in this field would not offer their services for less and anyone who accepts less is either inexperienced and likely to fail, or a fraud.

The cost of the service depends on the complexity of the task. If you require assistance, you can contact me and I will let you know if I can help.

  3. As expected another Italian appointment and we will see Guida back from the injury. Very good game for him.
Pawson with his English style could be in trouble in Bulgaria.
In Norway it can be the last game for Stavrev as FIFA referee, don't know whether he has planned to retire at the end of this season (46 years old).
Decent assignment for Siebert in Iceland.

  4. The fourth official in MDAPOL will be Kristián Micheľ, a nephew of famous Ľuboš Micheľ. He made his debut in Slovakia's top level being twenty days younger than his uncle at the time.

  19. AUTSWE 11' Possible DOGSO for #5 Austria, I think correct by VAR to support only YC for SPA as there was a covering defender, but it could indeed have been more

    ReplyDelete
  20. Two very poor offsides given by AR1 in NOR-CYP

    ReplyDelete
  21. Big mistake by Meler in GER-COL (36‘). COL-Coach Lorenzo threw a second ball onto the pitch and only received a YC for it. A RC is mandatory in this case.

  23. Lenient display by Glova in Chișinău in the first half. After (only) warning to Zalewski for careless-reckless kicking offence, he allowed Moldova some SPA-like fouls and other dirty stuff between 16' and 29'. It didn't backfire though and the level of control is still relatively high. The game is more or less dead at the moment and we will see if there is any challenge for the Slovak in the second half.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Maybe not as dead as I thought! :P

    2. I think that the call before possible 2-2 was soft and maybe even before goal scored, so leaving VAR out of assessment? Not good, in that case...

      Delete
    3. I'd personally say that despite being maybe "soft" , it was a correct call... Such a call should not have been made before the ball crossing the line/before the end of an OGSO...

  24. Absolutely idiotic stuff here, the pitch is so much better than when the match started and yet they still delay. Surely they have to try again after the enormous effort of ground staff and ball boys. UEFA really showing a poor lack of leadership and understanding.

    1. Yep, its terribel, Vad shouldnt have even started this game.

  25. It’s a disgrace the two captains have to decide when scotland are 1-0 up! Of course Georgia will say no.

  26. Georgia refuse to play, surely the referee decides. Why would Georgia want to play there losing 1-0. Crazy crazy, disgrace. Not a Scotland fan either.

  27. Istvan vad has now been out 6 times for an inspection

    ReplyDelete
  28. It's a full mess in Glasgow, it doesn't help UEFA.

    1. And now YC for simulation to Cristiano Ronaldo (outside the box). Well done!

  30. Now crucial mistake by Meler in GER-COL for arwarding a penalty for handball. Kimmich's spread arm was definitely not hit by the ball. Absolutely incomprehensible why there was no OFR.

    ReplyDelete
  31. In the second half, Glova continued his lenient approach keeping his cards in the pocket and issuing them only when 150% needed. Match and players control ensured but, to be honest, I had mixed feeling watching this performance. The Slovak's body language was really good at some moments but on the other hand it feels like more presence was needed after some fouls that went unpunished (it seems that when he needs to quickly decide about disciplinary sanction, he is quite lost).

    As for key match incidents:
49' - play-on call in the build-up to goal MDA, no replay but also no protests from Polish side
62' - goal MDA disallowed due to two-handed push before the shot was taken; it was stressed by UEFA that two-handed pushing (blatant) should be punished and one-handed rather not, so Glova followed the instructions

    ReplyDelete
  32. I saw bos vs lux very good evening for Leibovitz Israeli refs.
    Panalty for holding -off.
Good call maybe no 11 holding the defense no 4 . But I can support the call of the var.

    1. He had alright night, but he has to do a better job and manage players better.

He had problems with Dzeko and frustrating Bosnian squad the entire match, his lenient criterium did not help and he needs to be more adabtable to the match.

He is lucky that match was out of reach for BIH,otherwise game could have been more uglier.

  33. Wrong flag AR2 to disallow goal for Portugal VAR intervened.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I actually think VAR got this 100% wrong. #2 Portugal is clearly in an offside position. He then makes physical contact with Iceland #23 as he is coming back upfield and after the ball is played. #23 cannot defend because of that contact. You can see him throw his arms up in the air to indicate that he got pushed/bumped.

This seems like a VERY clear case of offside interfering with an opponent.

At the very minimum, to argue offside is clearly wrong? No way. I don't know how that call gets reversed. Unless I'm missing something, it seems like an unacceptable decision by Dankert. At the very least, since the offside infraction (interfering with an opponent) is subjective, he should at least invite Siebert to the monitor, no?

  37. Did Antwon watch Nobre in Hungary? Isn’t he a contender for promotion?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. If the captain and the coach of winning team talking about a terrible refereeing, i think no need more question. He had an extremly easy going match while he missed a lot of foul wrong fouls wrong throw ins. I dont know what happened with Nobre but his performance not enough to promote this is sure.

      Delete
    2. He did a good job. Missed a clear yellow card for dissent when he gave a wrong throw in. very good caution to captain and coach of Hungary in the last minutes for delay the restart of the game. Nobre is a talent referee and deserve to be promoted.

      Delete
    3. I respect your view. IMO he is so far from the talent. What do you think about final whistle? I had never seen before like this from Orsato, Makkelie or Nyberg. You know why? Because they are talented referees :) Btw both of yellow card what mentioned were absolutely correct indeed.

    4. Promoted to cat. 1

  38. In the recent days I noticed a lot of trash talk when the referee's decision goes against the Scottish team. Only reading the comments one would think penalties in Norway-Scotland and Scotland-Georgia were completely wrong. I encourage readers not to fall for it. Only after watching both videos you can see very clear and correct decisions given by the referees.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. 1st decision clearly supportable and 2nd one a penalty under the current laws of the game. An unbiased Scottish comment for you

      Delete
  39. The incident from Austria - Sweden, possible DOGSO:
    https://streamable.com/udpmey
In my opinion YC is supportable, as well as RC. The latter wouldn't have questioned by VAR. The key is the the other defender, and, in my opinion, the direction of the ball (not central).
One could argue that after having controlled the ball, the attacker would have had still to face the other defender, having to change direction to be targeted on the net. This is what makes YC an OK decision.
Then, having to say what is best decision between SPA and DOGSO, seems difficult. This one never black or white situation.

  40. From 2:00, key incidents from Siebert’s ISLPOR game.

    Video: https://dai.ly/x8lx22k

Absolutely justified SYC (SFP would be an acceptable decision too, imo, for lunging but for UEFA obvs caution is upper limit), and then surely wrong intervention by Dankert to allow Ronaldo’s goal - I agree with usaref that the active offside by impeding cannot actually be ignored there, right?

    ReplyDelete
  41. Absolutely, rewatched incident of allowed goal by Dankert, number 23 from Iceland could have challenged number 6 from Portugal who made the assist for the goal, but the home player was blocked by number 2 from Portugal returning back from offside. This is a clear influence.
Easy to explain the mistake: even the best VARs can fail, clearly they focused only on the player who reached ball without thinking to other possible punishable actions by other players.
I think that AR flagged by mistake the player who was ONSIDE, but then it was VAR stuff to check all the rest...

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. No offside, number 23 never reached the ball. Well Dankert!

      Delete
    2. He uh, never reached the ball because he got interfered with. That's the whole point.

But on Chefren's point... I don't understand how 2m30s can be spent on a check/review here and no one notices a clear offside infringement. It's one thing for an AR to miss that in real time. But we have video to get things right. "Even the best VARs can fail..." just simply isn't a good enough excuse.

      Delete
    3. As an AR, I always feel in doubt when I see a play like that… Because calling it is going into the field of speculation, not calling it is leaving room for people to comment on lack of attention. Feel like the VAR can’t go wrong either way, but I prefer goal instead of offside.

      Delete
  42. Clear yellow, the amount of force used is low. Var would not intervene unless there is a clear arm movement . Pepe rolling about also shows nothing wrong with him
