What I particularly like to see is that all negative messages about fellow referees here on this blog, which are often also indiscriminate and hurtful, have no influence at all on the appointments.
I am convinced that uefa referees themselves also write on this blog to bring others down in the hope of benefiting themselves. All the more beautiful to see that there is no point in continuing with this approach.
During this EURO we saw a clear preference for Lahoz, Brych and Turpin. A real fan club was born. Others were not good or no longer good and there was no longer any question of objective observations.
Meanwhile Lahoz and Turpin are already home and Brych is going to trade his last match with a QF. According to many Kuipers would not be final worthy based on his two group stage matches, but will still get the final.
In other words: stop with manipulating, bashing and biased comments. It leads to nothing and only causes pollution of this beautiful blog.
IMHO, most of what you said does not make any sense. If you are here regularly, you could see more or less who comes from which country, so you can know if he/she is biased. And I believe most of the people do not have any hidden goal, but only express their opinion.
Then you have anonymous guys that are better to ignore usually, although there are some very productive users also, with great analysis, appointment information etc.
And also few very aggressive people, but that is how they express their opinion I guess.
Regarding content of your comment, I wonder if you are aware that Lahoz and Turpin officiated the finals this year!!! So this same committee probably thought they deserved it because they have a very good season. The world does not start with EURO 2020.
