  1. Still something weird there. FIFA has communicated the reserve assistant referee only for Aguilar game.
Interesting that the man from El Salvador has got the assistant referee from Costa Rica. We expected the one from USA.
So now with Montero fourth official there should be another reserve assistant referee.
Sato with his second appearance as fourth official: maybe he wont handle games, but we can't still say that.

    1. Tunisia v England Reserve AR is Corey Rockwell

    2. I don't think Sato will only be 4th official. Why was then a 2nd assistant from Japan nominated after the team from KSA got lost...?

    3. The same is for the team from UAE.

  2. I'm slightly disappointed with Sikazwe's appointment... Should've got a better game than this IMO! Standard appointments for Aguilar and Roldan!

  3. Still no AFC-Referee appointed as the man in the middle.

    2. Right. Went the matches through in my head and forgot him.

  5. However, true that AFC officials are the least used so far, only Faghani appointed. Irmatov seems to be kept for something very important.

OFC referee that is Conger I think must be a favourite for Uruguay v Saudi Arabia match now!
