What do you think about the fact that the group B had only Uefa's top guns: Taylor, Lahoz, Makkelie, Kuipers, Turpin and Brych. Belgium, Denmark, Finland and Russia: this is really not the most challenging group.

Finland won against Denmark, Denmark won againt Russia, Russia won against Finland. That's my answer on your question.

DeleteA very unpleasant scene around the middle of the half when a Swedish player recklessly kicked a player in the head. Oliver immediateatelly started a procedure of showing a card and then suddenly stopped. And this action repeated 3 times in the space of 10 seconds. It just came to show how absurd are the instructions of the referees committee. The referees have to fight against their instincts and to restrict from showing cards at any cost. I don't know why they have received such instructions but all the reasons that have come to my mind are not very pleasant...

Very good signal, often referees are too permissive towards coaches reaction (i.e Russian coach a few days ago)
